Hammond Produce are our supplier of fresh vegetables, supplying us with British grown carrots straight from their farm in Nottingham. All Hammond’s carrots are Red Tractor assured, which means they are traceable, safe and farmed with care.
The Hammond family go back a long way – growing fresh vegetables since 1900. It all started when Thomas Hammond, the founder, bought a smallholding in the Nottinghamshire countryside. Four generations later, the family now farms over 3,500 acres across three counties and are proud to produce over 50,000 tons of fresh vegetables every year.
Together, we provide our clients with around 1 million kilos of carrots each year. Working with growers like Hammond Produce means we’re able to buy top quality British carrots for our clients all year round.
