We partner with FareShare to identify edible food waste within our supply chains. They then help us to save good food from going to waste by redistributing it to frontline charities like soup kitchens and homeless centres.
In the 25 years since its inception, FareShare has provided enough food to create over 236 million meals, saving the voluntary sector over £179 million; money which can then be invested back into vital frontline services.
You can get involved too, thanks to FareShare’s Surplus with Purpose Fund.
Your business could be eligible for £50,000 funding to help you reduce your food waste. With many families facing financial hardship as a result of Covid-19, the demand for food from charities across the UK has never been higher.
